Customer service

Meridian Park Apartments has been named the sixth annual Greenville area recipient of the First Citizens Bank Customer Service Award.

The award is given to an area business that goes above and beyond in providing its customers with outstanding service.

“This award recognizes the exceptional service provided by Meridian Park and its staff,” Gordon Jethro, Pitt area executive for First Citizens, said in a news release. “First Citizens also values long-term customer relationships, and the Customer Service Award is our way of recognizing a local organization that shares our belief that the client comes first.”

Jethro presented the custom-designed, glass award to Business Manager Leigh Ann Odom.

Meridian Park is an apartment complex at the intersection of Memorial Drive and Arlington Boulevard. The locally owned apartment community got high marks for its friendly and courteous staff, professionalism and an excellent quality of living.

The company also was lauded for its customer efforts with corporate relocations and helping newcomers feel at home as they relocate to the Greenville area."
