Rental Qualifications
Effective January 1, 2010

• - One weeks gross salary must be equivalent to, or greater than the monthly rent.
• - A completed application is required.
• - $40.00 application fee must be paid *PER PERSON*
• - 2 of your most current pay stubs
• - A black and white copy of driver’s license
• - All applicants must be *at least 21 years of age*
• - No undergraduate students accepted.
• - Occupancy restrictions are as follows:
  - 1 Bedroom 1-2 persons
  - 2 Bedroom No more than 4 people
• - A favorable credit report and background check.

Security Deposit will be forfeited after 24 hours if you should decide not to fulfill your rental agreement.
